With a strong focus on alignment, awareness, and breath, I use yoga as a tool to identify habitual patterns, minimizing imbalances in my body and mind that may lead to discomfort or injury. As a yoga practitioners for twenty years and a teacher for twelve, I believe in the power of yoga to heal and bring energy and vitality to my life. While yoga provides many health benefits, the accompanying breath and concentration focus trains the mind to stay on task and alleviates mental distractions and many forms of anxiety and depression. Using hands on adjustments to guide the body as well as verbal cues, my clients and I work towards a unified approach to holistic health.
